'Not Bad At All For...'

Dang! That pic is encouraging and depressing all at the same time. I guess it's never too late for any of us.

did you read the article that pic was attached to? he's on steroids. only he calls it "hormone therapy". however, he is taking steroids to maintain a level of testosterone found in a 20 yr old male. sure, he looks good. but it ain't natural, and it's not achieved by diet and excersize alone. he creates a false image and then promotes it as an attainable standard. that's what vogue magazine does to women with the skinny supermodels.

***now i see you haven't taken that pic from the news article about him that i read yesterday, but rather from his website. i doubt if he mentions the steroids there, but i didn't read through it.

Is lifting weights natural?

:d

If taking some pills gave me powerful energy and helped me to look like that, and I could afford it, and it didnt 'wierd me out', man, I would be on it.

I don't know if this is true. Never tested it for obvious reasons. However, I once heard that when on steroids for a long time the size of your hummmm, is inversely proportional to the size of your pecs. In other words, you become a woman. :costumes:

Why does everyone think "steroids" or magic pill quite often? - And never accept just hard work....

I can show you some Marines who look great but aren't on any steroids since they're tested for drugs to include steroids...

The following link is an article about someone who is Dr. Life's patient at Cenegenics (where the picture came from), and it matches Cheezyflier's depiction.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081207/ap_on_he_me/staying_young

Then there is this blog from someone else who also is a client at Cenegenics: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/male-anti-aging/47904-my-cenegenics-experience.html , which also describes something similar.

So does the GQ article about HGH and HCG that mentions him: http://www.drlife.com/cen_gq_final.pdf

Granted, this is not Dr. Life's regimen (that I know of), but he is a client of Cenegenics as well, and likely follows something similar.

Are any of the Marines that look good from hard work alone 70 years old?

That is totally attainable....don't eat.:isadizzy:

it's not a false image and it's easily attainable, just not a healthy standard.

You don't have to pop steroids to have a muscular, fit body. Hard work, proper diet and determination will take you as far as you want to go, but it won't come easy. Life is short, don't be a worm! (I have a tee-shirt that says that :p:)

Just poking fun at you all --

I tend to agree with you on that one. Hard work can do wonders for any person's physique, no matter how young or old you are.

All it takes is dedication and training with intensity to get results.
