A three mission pack of the following B-26 missions: Mimoyecques: A top secret mission that even the enlisted flight crews were not involved in the pre-flight briefing. The 386th BG is tasked with hitting "the big gun" site at Mimoyecques, France. The RAF will provide fighter escort cover over the target area. The 386th BG has now been transferred to the Ninth Air Force responsible for tactical operations. Primary targets for the 386th will be airdromes, gun positions, marshalling yards, v-weapon sites. Rouen: May 1944 Allied forces are preparing for the invasion by hitting tactical defenses on the continent. The B-26 is a workhorse in hitting railroads, airports, supply depots, marshalling yards, and areas of defenses. Your target today is the Railroad bridge at Rouen France. 40+ B-26's will hit marshalling yards, railway batteries, coastal defense batteries, bridges, and noball sites. Brest: September 14, 1944 Brittany, D-Day + 2 months and 8 days. The XXV Corp has withdrawn to the siege ports. The American Army is attacking and clearing out pockets of resistance. Your mission is to hit artillary positions on a penisula south of Brest. This will be your 79th and last mission, you are going home and the 386th is moving to an airbase in France. 140 B-26s and A-26s will bomb gun emplacements and strongpoints.
