This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22-RE (Y8-W) "Fightin' Gator" flown by 2nd Lt. Fred Varn, 507FS, 404FG. This aircraft flew 200 missions without technical failure, and was decorated by the Group Commander. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paint kit by Martin Catney.
