his is not a NEW texture set for the Alphasim F-8 Crusader, it is a REPLACEMENT set of texture bitmaps for the supplied VMF-321 Crusader... the Marine one with the dark grey blue spine and the under-wing bomb load.
These bitmaps REPLACE the Alphasim supplied ones in the main texture folder for this airplane.
I wasn't happy with the bluish tinge that this airplanes textures had when viewed on my screen, so set about fixing that issue with the VMF-321 airplane to start as it's the scheme I prefer.
There are also new textures for the wheels, pilot helmet and intake trunk (common to all Alphasim F-8's)
