This is for the former payware AlphaSim F-80 Shooting Star for FS2004. Morton did these paints for the CFS 2 conversion of the FS2004 original. I took them with permission and resized to 2048 from 1024, did a few touchups in some places, then made alpha layers where needed and converted them to dds DXT 5 for FSX

Not sure what the deal is with this paint. It took me a bit to track down anything on it. Apparently it's a F-86 Sabre paint and code. I found a profile drawing of the paint on a F-86 with the same buzz and tail numbers plus the same markings & stripes. I guess somebody just wanted this paint job on his Shooting Star.
