Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

AVIATION MUSEUM USERPOINTS FOR LITTLE NAVMAP
by August (K5083)
v1.0 November 11, 2021

This is a database of over 500 aviation museums, aircraft restoration shops, and fly-in sites that you can import into Little Navmap for use with MS Flight Simulator or any other flight sim that LNM supports. The purpose is to help find places to fly vintage and warbird aircraft, whether for display, for maintenance, or just to visit with other vintage aircraft owners. Note that for the most part, these facilities do not really exist in the sim, unless you have a good add-on airport, so don't expect to see much besides maybe a vaguely correctly shaped building when you get there. These are just the markers, intended to lend a purpose to your route planning.

In most cases, I located the exact spot where the aviation museum or restoration shop is. This means you can zoom in after landing and taxi to the correct place.

The aviation museums are of all kinds: static and flying, on-airport and off, civil and military. Details on my logic for which museums to include and exclude are provided with the mod in a readme file, along with installation instructions.
