Acwai F4U4 Corsair Korea Skinpack for CFS2 by UncleTgt
This is a collection of repaints for the F4U4 Corsair made by Acwai for CFS 2. They depict aircraft used during the Korean War.
The textures are:
416 Aircraft from VF-114 operating from USS Philippine Sea, Korea, October 1950.
211 Aircraft from VF-32 flying off USS Leyte, Korea, December 1950. Pilot was the US Navy's first Black Aviator, Ens Jesse L. Brown.
Brown was shot down by flak near Chosin Reservoir, 4th December 1950.
Although he initially survived the crash landing, he could not be extricated from the wreckage & died soon after.
5 Aircraft from VMF-312 operating from USS Bataan, Korea, April 1951. Pilot was Capt Phillip C DeLong.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
