This is a ground object package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were
intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY. Nothing has been modified in any
way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full

Installation:
1) Download (lol)
2) extract installer to local disk
3) Run installer. It will guide you thro set up.
4) Make sure it has install correctly
(it should have installed as dpc_uss_wisconsin in your ships folder)
(the missions should have been installed to what if as DPC_uss.....)
5) Enjoy it.
To unintstall, run the uninstall program.
