US Navy Grumman F9F-5 Panther BuNo 125598, VF-192 Golden Dragons. This repaint represents Grumman F9F-5 Panther BuNo 125598 of VF-192 aboard USS Oriskany (1953-54) during the filming of the movie, "Bridges at Toko Ri". BuNo 125598 was a real dash 5 flying with VF-192 and was coded "B209". B209 was used in the movie as Lt. Harry Brubaker's aircraft, mostly in the carrier operations scenes (launch and recovery ops). Model and Paint kit by Vertigo Studios. Repaint by Steve Bryant, December 2016.
