• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

"I can't leave 'em alone" series by Stefano 'kelticheart' Denti. Final update of my, previously released to www.simviation.com, Colin Muir's Bristol Beaufighters collection (Mk.I, TF Mk.X, Radar TF Mk.X, Mk.21) alternative Damage Point files. Stock weapons replaced with Dbolt's enhanced US torpedo or Ground Crew's RAF torpedo; Paul Rebuffat's RAF bombs; Gryphon's Mosquito rockets. Added J. Amodea's & Bruce Thorson's P-40 ventral pylon for torpedo equipped Beaufighters (Torbeaus). Added exhaust smoke effect. Created Beau Mk.IC field ordnance modification. Included a lighter, more realistic, prop texture.

"I can't leave 'em alone" series by Stefano 'kelticheart' Denti. This is a correction of my previous release of Colin Muir's Beaufighter collection alternative dps. The Beaufighter MkIC field ordnance modification was not correct. I corrected the ventral bomb from a tandem to a side-by-side arrangement as per the two enclosed WWII pictures (RAAF, Pacific Theatre) kindly provided by Sim-Outhouse member Green Ghost. The tandem arrangement was fictional, due to lack of visual evidence (real life pictures!) on my part. Sorry for the incovenience this might have caused you. The ventral bombs ARE historically accurate, being a field modification carried out by ground crews on MkICs in the Mediterranean Theatre, starting from late 1941. All soft files to create a MkIC variant, starting from Colin's Beau MkI, are included. Additional exhaust smoke effect and a lighter, more realistic, propeller texture.
