Prior installation of the base pack "dhc3pzl.zip" (available at AVSIM) by Eugene Heyart is required. The base model is the 1000 hp conversion of the DHC-3 Otter, refitted with a Shvetsov ASh-62 engine (license-built by PZL-Mielec, Poland). Seventeen of these conversions were made by Airtech Canada. The PZL-refitted Otters never saw service with the Royal Canadian Air Force, but due to the lack of a contemporary DHC-3 model, this one depicts a "what if" rendition of an imaginary pre-1968 RCAF Otter.

Consider it as a "restored museum artefact", not an authentic one!
