Cartwheel Donationware FDG2 SBD-5 Dauntless Skinpack by UncleTgt
This is a collection of repaints for the Donationware FDG2 SBD-5 Dauntless for CFS 2. It depicts aircraft used during Operation Cartwheel, the encirclement & isolation of Rabaul. These blockading missions continued right up until the war's end.
The textures are: NZ5057 - An aircraft used by 25 sqn RNZAF, flying missions from Piva, Bougainville against Japanese held New Britain in the spring of 1944 & onwards.
White 18 - An aircraft from VC-40, flying missions from Piva, Bougainville against Japanese held New Britain in the spring of 1944.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.
Thanks to: Fightertown Design Group 2 for their Donationware SBD Dauntless aircraft, & all the other aircraft models they developed for use in CFS2.
This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.
