This file contains alternative textures for the Neoqb Fokker DR.1. They depict two Fokker Dr.1s from the movie Flyboys. In the movie Flyboys the pilots from the Lafayette squadron are mostly fighting red Fokker Dr.1s and one black Fokker Dr.1. In reality the Lafayette squadron did not fight any Fokker Dr.1s and the Fokker were only painted red in the movie to make the easy to recognise for the audience watching the movie.
In the movie there is one red Fokker with crossed swords painted on the fuselage. Most likely these swords were based on the swords which were painted on the Albatross D.II flown by VFw Erich Kohler from Jasta 9. The Fokker in the movie was flown by the fictional pilot Franz Wolferd a not so bad "bad guy". The black Fokker in the movie was flown by the non-existing "Black Falcon". The real bad guy, who of course was killed by the ultimate good guy, at the end of the movie.
