Modified for FS9, the awesome POLIKARPOV "Ishak" I-16 Tip-29 by Ivan Hsu. I have also included (by permission) the marvelous I-16 2-D Panel by "LOBO" Da Silva, adjusted to include the original V/C by Ivan. Originally created for CFS2 these converted quite well, I think, and like the real aircraft.. quick & maneuverable, they require attentive flying.
