    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Junkers D1 flight model 3-2.1.3A

This is the last flight model for the in-development Junkers D1. It is an alpha version, and not finished. However it's pretty far along. Please enjoy. - It's easy to fly and there is still wheel steering in this version. It will disappear later on should you folks wish for me to continue work on this aircraft.

Landing speed is a little lower than 140 km/hr. and the brakes do not work. Instead on landing, pull up on the elevator to put the tail skid on the ground. The friction will slow you down.
