This is a repaint of the WarbirdSim P-51D from the 506th Fighter Group. P-51D-20-NA, 458th FS, serial No. 44-72612. Pilots flying it were, 1st Lt. Max E, Ruble, and 2nd Lt. Francis J. Pilecki. This aircraft was used by Ruble to shoot down 2, J2M, aircraft on 23 June 1945 in the Tokyo area.
