This is a repaint for the Milviz F-4J, of XV587, an F-4K Phantom FG.1 of 43 Squadron RAF, based at RAF Leuchars during the early 1980's. The crew names applied are the best I can make from the photos I can find. Initially allocated to 892 Sqdn of the Fleet Air Arm, it transferred to the RAF in 1978 when HMS Ark Royal was decommissioned and remained with 43 Squadron till retirement in 1991. It was scrapped at Haningford in 1993.
