This is a repaint of the awesome Milviz F-4 Phantom representing XT859 (001) of No.892 Squadron Fleet Air Arm on HMS Ark Royal around 1970. 892 was the only Royal Navy squadron to operate the Phantom, passing their mounts on to the RAF when the Ark Royal was decommissioned in 1979. Although not strictly accurate, the model of the F-4J, upon which the UK's Phantom fleet was based, forms an acceptable basis for this livery.
