Merc Air is a fictional aircraft operating consortium. Its members embody the entrepreneurial spirit of such knighted heroes as Francis Drake, John Hawkins, and Richard Grenville. Not to mention Henry Morgan, Jean Lafitte and sometimes Edward Teach. These business principles are applied to air transport. The included textures for Bill Lyons' Sikorksy S-43 (from his "Golden Hawaii" package) are for Merc Air's S-43, the "Clipper."
