This panel is based on many photos and diagrams for the P-51D cockpit and is as close to the original as existing gauges and layout as CFS2 will allow. The lower portion of the panel must be displayed in a pop up window. Early production P-51D aircraft used the same throttle quadrant that the P-51B was equipped with, having a round knob grip. The later production models of the P-51D switched to a throttle grip similar to a motorcycle handle. A unique gauge was made by Ali Cat especially for this project, the oxygen flow blinker gauge.
