P-40K RAF 112 Squadron Jinx

P-40K Kittyhawk III FR474 served with 112 Squadron as GA-J. The 'J' in the aircraft code had been used to begin the aircraft's nickname - "Jinx". This is how the P-40 appeared while based in Italy during April 1944 - the last month 112 Squadron operated the Kittyhawk III.
