• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Four repaints for various models of Obio's P-51, Mk.I, P-51A and Mk.IA.

I attached to each repaint the corresponding Mdl file, and my version of the aircraft.cfg and DP files.

All repaints are modifications of Obio's original textures, except the Soviet one, which is mostly mine.

So, most of the job is by Obio, and I' grateful he did it...

The textures are for:

SAAF Mustang Mk.I
GL-C
Serial:HK944
Italy 1944
USAAF-North American F-6A-NA
Unit: 154th OS, USAAF
Serial: 41-37328
This reconnaissance P-51 Mustang with 20-mm's cannons was operated by the 154th Observation Squadron in North Africa during April of 1943. The aircraft is painted in Olive Drab over Neutral Gray and retains the yellow circled US insignia and American flag associated with the Torch landings in November of 1942.

USAAF-North American P-51A-1-NA
Unit: 530th FS, 311th FBG, 14th AF, USAAF
Serial: 75 (43-6077)
Pilot - Capt.James John England. Dinjan, India, 1944.
VVS-North American Mustang Mk.I
Unit: NII VVS
Serial: ex AG348
Moscow, 1942. One of several NA-73 Mustang Mk.I received to USSR from Great Britain. Formerly it served with RAF as AG348.I know someone already did a good repaint of this aircraft, but I discovered it after I finished mine, so I also include it although it's a doublon, just not to have painted all those bloody rivets for nothing.

Good flights to all of you.

Comments and questions are welcome.
