Overview History Discussion
This is a repaint for the Shockwave WWII fighters P-51D 44-13760 MC-Z "Glengary Guy" of Capt. Glenn M Webb from Santa Monica, CA. He flew with the 79th Fighter Squadron, based in Kingscliffe. Capt. Webb's a/c is depicted here in the original 20th FG P-51 markings, before application of the "piano key" style of later in the war. The name Glengary Guy stems from his own name, Glen, and his sons Gary and Guy His wife, Jackie, can be found on the other side of the nose.
