This repaint shows the Pfalz D.III flown by Ltn Alois Heldmann from Jasta 10 during the winter of 1917-1918. Ltn Heldmann ended the war with 15 confirmed victories. Heldmann died in November 1983, nearly 88 years old. The repaint is based on profiles from various artist. I want to thank Stuart Green for his incredible Pfalz D.IIIa model. The guys in the FS2004 forums at the Sim-Outhouse for their support and especially Randy "Baron von Blutwurst" Foss for sharing his information about the colours and Cazzie Dalton for supplying the correct fonts.
