Scrub's P-47D Thunderbolt depicting F-47Ds in the colors and markings of three U.S. Air Force and four National Guard and Air National Guard units as they appeared in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Includes planes from the Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island and Virginia Guard, the USAF's 47th Fighter Interceptor Squadron, USAFE's 86th Fighter Group, and one unidentified active Air Force unit.
