RAF Re8 three models

The RAF Re8 for CFS2 was updated with two early models to complete the mid production one.
The gauge uses now tooltips.
The panel was completed with a reticule vue and an Aldis visor magnified vue.
The flight dynamics were updated for a good behaviour in AI use.
