Overview History Discussion
First World War biplane of the RFC, RNAS and eventually the RAF. Two important first in its history - first seaplane launched from a flight deck (HMS Campania) and first a/c to sink an enemy ship with an air dropped torpedo (Gallipoli campaign). A type 184 was also the only aircraft present at the Battle of Jutland.

Served in most theatres of war up till 1918.
