This folder contains a repaint for the Spitfire Mk. IX by FlyingIron, in the colors of Spitfire IX EN315 ZX-6 CG of Flt.Lt. Eugeniusz Horbaczewski of No. 145 Squadron Polish Fighting Team, based in La Fouconnerie, Tunisia, April 1943. The Polish Fighter Team was a unit of experienced Polish pilots, embedded in No.145 Sqn, also called Skalski's Circus after its commander. Flt Lt Horbaczewski was the most successful pilot of the PFT, shooting down 5 aircraft while with the PFT. He would continue to became a squadron leader with No.43 and No.315 squadrons. He was shot down and killed after shooting down 3 FW-190's near Beauvais, France on August 1944. He final score was 16.5 confirmed victories, as well as several V-1's.
