This set of screens uses period color photographs of the USAAF in the Mediterranean Theater. I have been collecting wartime color photos of the US Army Air Forces for this project, and actually wound up with more photos than I could use. Most of these photos are high quality and should provide a realism improvement for your CFS2 Mediterranean install.
