This is the recovery model of the USS St. Louis created from the USS Helena CL-50 1939 model, found here in the library, using Model Converter X Version 1.4 from Arno, a really tremendous program.
The sled was created from Sketchup 2016, the last free version. I used videos I downloaded off of Youtube which you can find if you'd like to see the real operation in action.
