VF-11 "Tophatters" F8U Crusader 2024-12-17

This is a repaint of RFN F8U Crusader for Prepar3D V4.5 by Richard Lund from their free paintkit. These textures represent an F8U Crusader that was part of VF-11 Rippers as it appeared in 1960 while on board the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt, CVA-42. I have enclosed the aircraft config file for the one I use. You can add it in the usual way of copy/paste into the aircraft.cfg. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! I have found them a great trustworthy site. Be sure to download the TACAN and Radar and install them according to their instructions for the most authentic carrier aircraft.
