This Friday, the 1.18 patch has been launched. It brings a fantastic plane - the German multipurpose DFW C.V which, although may be less known for many, was a real work horse of the German AF during the WW1. She served from Fall 1916 until the armstice and was used for the ground attacks, artillery correction, photo recon and even as an escort plane. She is equipped with bombsight, but she is also great during ground attacks. Very versalite plane and very easy as well. The problem may be with the engine cover which makes the aiming difficult...
Apart from the DFW C.V, the new night effects have been introduced. RoF with the HDR on will not glow at night anymore.
The next patch, however, will bring even more goodies...
1. French light bomber Breguet 14.B2
2. New "morning fog" effects
3. Finally, new, redesigned single player Career Mode which will allow you to fly from the Fall 1916 to the November 1918.
