A rough day at sea

Didn't see that one coming! Looks great and it will fill another coastal command gap nicely! I'm really going to have to get my PC fixed soon if I want to keep up with all the new planes being released lately!

Wow yes!! What a great surprise on a bleery eyed saturday morning! Looks great :)

I've always been fascinated by a few photos of them flying over Dunkirk and wanted to re-create scenes like this (Geckos done the smoke already)

And a fine midsummer to you, Steve! That's looking really good, but I hope you're enjoying the summer too!

This one wll be a great addition to CFS3 (ETO, MAW, RS, PTO...), she flew in all theaters in many air forces.

Thanks, what a surprise!

Oh, my!

That's one that's been missing from CFS3.
hmmmm, 9-cyl Wright R1820s.
(* some had PW R1830s)

Thanks so much!

On October 8, 1939, over Jutland, a Hudson became the first RAF aircraft to shoot down a German aircraft. (The first British aircraft to shoot down a German plane was a Skua of the Fleet Air Arm on 26 September 1939.) They operated as fighters during the Battle of Dunkirk. A PBO-1 Hudson of US Navy squadron VP-82 became the first US aircraft to destroy a German submarine when it sank U-656 southwest of Newfoundland on March 1, 1942. A Hudson of RCAF Bomber Reconnaissance Squadron 113 became the first aircraft of RCAF’s Eastern Air Command to sink a submarine, when Hudson 625 sank U-754 on July 31, 1942.

No, not available yet, Steve is working on the pit, which will need textures too, once he's done, so it will be a while yet. Trust me, it's worth the wait!:mixedsmi:

Crikey, the Hudson has been the big hole in the CFS3 CC collection. A fantastic aircraft and a great surprise-did you know its my birthday on Saturday!
