I recently downloaded the airplane shown below, and while it is not a native FSX it does look and fly perfectly in FSX. Initially I found a few things missing from the aircraft.cfg file and a VC panel that I was unable to modify because of the way the developer had done the gauge placement (the gauges were viewable through cutouts in the VC Panel). Still I liked what he had done and so I sent him an email thanking him for his work and asking about the things I had found and if was possible that if he revisited the airplane at some point if he might consider placing the gauges on top of the panel to allow for easier modifications.

Several emails later (and a few tweaks from both of us) and he eventually sent me his full version with all the changes. This was not something he had to do, he could have just as easily said thank you but I'll decline making any further changes at this time. He was very gracious in giving his time to make the corrections and updates and I wanted to show my gratitude by letting the SOH faithful know how great his support was for a freeware airplane.

The airplane is the Blackshape BS100 Prime and the developer is Massimo Taccoli. . .My thanks to Massimo for a job well done. . .above and beyond!!

+1 for Massimo's character and helpfulness! :wavey:

He was very quick in allowing me to use his excellent SM1019 model which I converted as static inside the hangar at Locher.
