This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk Vb EP829 T-N, the aircraft of Squadron Leader Joseph Lynch, the CO of No 249 squadron, based in Malta 1943. Sqn Ldr Lynch was an 'Eagle' squadron veteran, originally from California, and he became an ace flying this aircraft, shooting down 4 Ju-52s, a Ju-88 and a Caproni CA313. One of the Ju-52s was the 1000th axis aircraft destroyed by Malta's defenses. Lynch later joined the USAAF, with a final score of 10...
