Activating Envoking avatar in P3D

gray eagle

SOH-CM-2025
I just intstalled P3d V3.4 and installed FSDT Kmem Memphis Airport.

I would like to know how to make the Avatar walk into the tower as per youtube

vid:

I have googled how to enter Avatar mode (shift+CTRL+E) not sure about the attach/detach as posted here:

http://http://prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=113597

Anyway, I managed to make the avatar appear but he just stands there, how or what do I do to make him walk as per video.
I knew P3D V3 had this avatar but I don't have any knowledge on how to make it move around and other things it can do.

Thanks.

By default, the avatar walks using the movement of your main joystick, althoug on my sim, it will walk backwards when I push the stick forward :D
There are also some keyboard keys assigned to this.
You might want to take a look into the control assignment options in your sim...

Wow... Thanks Daube for the quick reply, sure enough I pushed the joystick forward and he starting walking forward, pulled back he went back.

This video was a help as well:
