SOH ADMINISTRATIONTom, were you there for the Doolittle raid anniversary when there were at least 12 B-25s there? That's how many of them I got pictures of. That was also the first year that "Doc" was there, along with "FIFI." Wish I could have gotten some better pictures, but the crowd was to large. That was 2017.Fantastic, Thanks Jan, I was fortunate to be able to tour the inside of this great B-25 at Oshkosh several years ago. Never thought I would sit in the cockpit of a B-25 let alone Panchito. I had to buy a tee shirt. Keep up the great work.
Only been to Oshkosh once but my visit celebrated Pearl Harbor. Fantastic show. I was able to tour "FiFi" and a C-46. There were several B-25's and B-24s. If you have never seen Oshkosh and you love the old war planes, this is a must. My best friend Greg and Roger Wilco 66 made our three some for the visit. Mark came all the way from Germany to do the visit. It was Friday, Veteran's Day so the owner of Panchito saw we were veterans and said these guys and only these three can tour the ship. He also had a vintage Willies Jeep he was driving around in. We were there for the full week.
