An interesting review

And not one part of the entire experience was ever welcoming, user-friendly or attractive to anyone who didn't already know how the combustion chamber on a turboshaft engine works.

You wonder whether the reviewer has ever even played a flight sim.

He probably has, and has tryed to approach flightsims as a game, like quake or something simlar. With the fact in mind that he writes for a different audince than us "hardcore simmers" in mind i think he does a good job.

Possibly, but that's hardly an excuse for writing rubbish. There are things to criticise, but a need to know about combustion chambers isn't one of them.

IMHO, a very good 'nutshell' review. He's even got me thinking twice now about the scenery detail. He's quite right about that...

The third paragraph proves he does know about what our virtual flying world was like before MS Flight told us enough is enough..

Maybe it's a bit 'dated' because he doesn't mention the RV-6 nore Alaska in the pipeline.

Personally i couldn't agree more with his review. I still like Flight a lot though.

cheers,
jan
