• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

i have just reasently gotten woi(today) and cant lanch the sparow missile. the pithone works fine but i dont get a response frome the sparows. aney ideas?.
 
I have the others in the series WOE/WOV/SFP1, make sure you have a radar lock on the target and your "In Range" indicator is illuminated otherwise the missile will not fire. Hope that helps, happy hunting!
 
You have to select the target, then lock onto it with the radar. It's the "Home" and "End" keys (I think). You'll see things happening on the radar screen as you do this. Once you see how it works, it's easy. Doesn't always work, though. There are "parameters" in the software that mimic the real life limitations of the missile. G's can't be too high, angle can't be too large. That type of thing.
 
i will chek the recomended site and still having troble with the sperrows but will keep trying
