Attempting to add PBR to the Blackburn B2

My first attempt at bump maps and PBR for Dave M's Blackburn B2.
So far I've done the metal body but it is slow going since I have zero artistic skills and there is no paint kit.
Next step is to try to figure out how to get a good PBR texture for the fabric wings and tail surfaces.

Be delighted to get advice from anyone with any skill or talent.

Has the model itself (the .MDL file) had the PBR options turned on in the material editor and then exported with those PBR options applied? You can't make PBR textures if the model file is not set up to read and apply them.
