B17G and cockpit,

I'm not sure who made the ETO B17Gs and if any of the original files are available, but I note the cockpit is pretty basic and a nice new one would be... useful!

For my personal use, I found the one from the Firepower B-17 fits well.

So, WRT to using the FP B17G cockpit dds and m3d files, add the shared files and the m3d files which should be renamed, but don't use the FP cockpit1.m3d file for the bombsite, as the nb17site.dds in the ETO B17G cockpit1.m3d (should be in ETO) is far superior.

Correction. Only change ETO_B17G_359_43_Cockpit0 to the FP version. If one changes other m3ds one looses the gun stations.
