Leaving Hayfield for WABB.

Well! After a bit of a tour round the islands I finally located WABB and landed in good style...For me. :biggrin-new:

Sadly my cunning plan to thwart the Fuel bug failed miserably. :dejection: Hey ho.

With rather more blue stuff (water) between WABB and WASS I'm not hopeful of being seen again. :( Oh well, here goes!

EDIT: Oh dear! A shortness of breath made me pass out...and crash into the sea.

I'll try again after I've dried out. :(

Attempt #3 WABB to WASS

This leg was fraught with mishaps of one kind or another! First the oxygen fiasco. Attempt #2 was curlailed by FSX taking exception to the terrain.dll. What?!

Attempt #3 was sweet, so all is forgiven. The water wasn't as scarey as I thought it would be and to cap it all I did a fuel tank swap without a red flag. :encouragement:

WASS to WA!A was an unmitigated disaster! Not enough fuel to counteract ineptitude. Mae West on, shark repellent dispersed.

Right! Loins girded, tanks filled, all systems checked and OK.

WASS to Who knows where this time. I'm hoping for WA1A. :indecisiveness:

EDIT: I'm not destined to complete this leg. Two 'Flight Simulator has stopped working' (No s**t?) on the trot. First one was a MSVCR80.dll thing and the next one was a weather.dll. Did you know the velocity of a spat dummy (pacifier to Americans) is 320 fps and can take the eye out of a cat. (Sorry Tiddles, but Daddy was very angry. :( )

I'm now going to drink copious amounts of anything alcoholic. :ernaehrung004:
