Hi,

anyone using this aircraft in P3D V3? If so, I have a small question.

I installed it yesterday (made a dummy installation in FSX and copied the relevant files into the P3D folder). Everything works fine, except, I seem to be missing some liveries and the 3 bladed A-model (I bought the all-in-one pack which should include it). Does anyone have the same release and can choose the A-model and the 60ies/70ies liveries?

Sorry Mark don't know if i can help....

I have the base pack and separate expansion pack, and dont ever remember having the A model in that setup. Just installed using your method and had a gauge problem, so removed and reinstalled with the Estonia Tool, which sorted the issue. All paints appear present and normal thus far.....
 
I have the 3 blade A model in my install.
In the P3D menu its the one listed as "CS C130Extra1 7"

I installed mine by using the old Tweakfs FSX registry tool to temporarily point the registry to the P3D folder, works like a charm.

and in SimObjects/Airplanes I have

Hi,

thanks for the responses. I suppose the "7" variant should reside in the ...\Prepar3D v3\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_EX1_C130\ folder, since it belongs to the Experience Pack #1. It is not there. But at least I found the missing texture sets - they are in their folders, but there are no entries in the aircraft.cfg for them. I did that manually now and it works. ACE works, by the way, I added a few repaints with it.
I think I open a ticket with CS because of the missing A variant. I re-installed the whole pack and it is still AWOL. :dizzy:

I did the same thing with copying the folders over from FSX and I have all the models, but I can't get ACE to work
