Just a few feet off altitude and different story, nice job reserve chute.
I hope the Cessna driver was reported! He didn't bother to stop and exchange insurance details and address info I see! 
I'm sure the Aussie aviation authorities have already "spoken" to the pilot...

It says this happened 1.2 NM from a fixed wing airport. I don't know much about these gliders, but I'd think they would want to avoid areas of concentrated powered aircraft traffic.

Appears to be true, charges based on Austrian law, with NO aviation authority investigation ongoing.
