Controller problem

Hi All!

I bought MSFS2024, but I'm having trouble with the joystick settings.
I have a Saitek Cyborg EVO joystick.
I'm trying to configure the IFE Tornado settings.
Everything works fine in MSFS2020, but I can't get it to work properly here.
It veers all over the place during taxiing, and the ailerons also control the turning on the ground.
I'm going crazy.
Can anyone help?

Thank you,
Zsolt

Invest in a $20-$30 3rd party program. MS24's controller settings suck in a major way. Talk about reinventing the wheel, light bulb, and the sausage and egg breakfast.

I use Axis & Ohs. It has a fairly simple UI and is powerful. For many years I used FSUIPC. FSUIPC is still a good program but IMO it's UI is is dated and hard to figure out beyond simple "B and K" variables. spadNext is very powerful but again IMO, you need a computer science degree to fully use it's powerful features. Besides spadNext is a yearly subscription, to keep getting the updates, as MS continues reinventing all the above.

There is a kid on YouTube that has a series of videos on Axis & Ohs that are very well done. I have a program that can download YouTube videos and strip the ads for them. I downloaded his videos and refer back to them from time to time. Also, Axis & Ohs has a written manual for dinosaurs like me that is updated on a regular basis.

John, YOU DA MAN! Possibily this has pushed me over to the new sim!

But first a week of work...

Meanwhile, the problem has resolved itself, but MSFS2024 often forgets that I saved the controll settings...
Let's not even talk about the NAV lights...
I'm glad I didn't delete MSFS2020
