De Havilland D.H. 4 for FS9/X

SOH-CM-2022
Time for a shot of my latest project. It's the D.H.-4 popular WW1 fighter - bomber. Over 6,250 were built of which 4,846 were built in the U.S.A. by the Airco factory.

Shown here is the progress so far so there's a long way to go yet. There are 3 main varients to be modelled - this fighter, a 2 (?) seat passenger aircraft and a U.S. mail plane.
Cheers

Thanks Dave,

Its always nice to see models are still developed for this older sim. Especially an interesting model like the Airco DH.4

The mail aircraft looked very nice and really racy, but the passenger version is looking quite odd! You must have been "bold and daring" (to link it to another thread) to travel by an aircraft like that.

Cheers,
Huub

I assume this or similar will be the passengers version:

Excellent!

Looking forward to it!

Any chance you might be interested in the post-war American conversions, where they relocated the gas tank and brought the gunner's cockpit right up behind the pilot? I could paint some skins...

Huub - yes, that is the passenger model, Ithough I think it carried two pax. That will be modelled.
Mike - early days yet so we'll see how things go.
Cheers
