Deano`s help needed

SOH-CM-2022
Anyone here, who has contact with Deano from Vertigo Studios?
I need some files and serials from my old Vstudios account.
Mike

I was in the same situation as you, and here is what I did to solve it:

  1. I went on the vstudios website and tried to log on using my email address I used for my previous orders as identifier.
  2. Since I couldn't remember my password, I triggered a "forgot my password" and received a new one by email.
  3. Then I could log on normally using the new generated password I had received.
  4. I proceeded to the "customer support" section from the top of the webpage. ( http://www.vertigostudios.co.uk/customer-support/#/ )
  5. There, I created a new support ticket, explaning about my previous orders, and providing the order number(s).
The next day, I received a reply telling the products were credited to my account again.
I also received an email with the new download links and new serial numbers.
I think you should proceed this way, instead of trying to contact Deano directly.
