Diesel power!

There's a great Audi R15 TDi that raced at Le Mans this year for GTR2 available at NoGrip:

Had to give it a try against the other Diesel powered LM cars (R10 and 908) at Valencia and Le Mans. The R15 seems to lack a bit of speed against the other two, but it has potential. After all the 908 and R10 still have the older, larger wings.

Love the model, it looks like very futuristic with all those vents/gills and intakes.

Found a set of 2009 LM skins for the 908 and R10 too; the 908 is very quick but I can't see a thing out of that tiny window!:

340 kph just before braking for the first chicane. :d
The first few laps in these diesel cars are somewhat difficult because the sound doesn't match the speed. Petrol powered prototypes have screaming V8, V10 or V12 engines but the Diesels have a very different sound. Much lower because they do not rev over 5,000 rpm. Takes some getting used to. The enormous torque is another thing you'll have to get used too!
