ETO Re-install Problem

MTG196

aka: Warthog
:help:I recently had to reinstall ETO. I have done this a few times before with no problems. This time when using the 'MultiCFS3' application and renaming the application data file 'CFS3 ETO Expansion', I get an error message that reads "Problem modifying file!"

anyone know how to fix this?

Did you delete your CFS3 ETO files from the application data folder and my documents folders before doing your re-install?

If you didn't I believe that you can do so and then run multiiCFS3 and multiCFS3 should set up your folders okay.

If that is the case I have only one additional suggestion and if it doesn't work then I am afraid you will have to try another reinstall.

If you have another copy of multiCFS3 try pasting into the main eto directory. Then run multiCFS3. If it doesn't work, then I would delete all references to the eto on your hdd, and do a reinstall and when multicfs3 auto starts type in the CFS3 ETO Expansion

I got it working again.:amen: I removed everything, even my vanilla cfs3, and started over. It works fine now. Thanks for your help:ernae:
