    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Finding a Copy of FS2004

After a hard drive crash, I had to re-install Vista and of course FS2004. However, the number one disk for FS2004 I find has a deep scratch on the bottom of the disk. Would anybody know I might be able to purchase FS2004 in the Vancouver, B.C. area? I checked various retailers and nobody but nobody has FS2004 in stock. Any assistance would be muchly appreciated.
 
Staples has a few around in Calgary and they will ship...

I don't know what the difference is . maybe box and the tin can versions

Strange, FSX and Fs9 in Green Bay, WI can be found at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Shopko.
Fs9 is selling avg 15.00. strange thing is in Green Bay most simmers have both sims loaded and going with no flame wars. So both sims are king here.:applause:

Probably the cooler temps on the CPU's enabling better performance on the computers and thus the sims.

Phoenix is not the best place then.. Unless you can afford liquid nitrogen cooling systems.

Lol good point on Cooling a CPU in WI. Green Bay is the USA Siberian Tundra climate zone. Works perfect when the mini fridge goes bonkers. Just toss the beer into a snow pile and return 2 minutes and its cold. Open window for 30 sec and computer is super cool and nailing High Fps rates.
 
Future Shop sells them here in Ontario, maybe in Vancouver, or they will order it for you.
